In Ukraine, the problem of extensive corruption is recognized by political leadership, legislative body, domestic and foreign analysts and by relevant international institutions. Solving the problem of limiting the scale of corruption in Ukraine remains one of the most acute and complex problems in Ukraine transition to an independent, democratic, legal and social state. Corruption poses a very real threat to this process. The perception of corruption throughout Ukraine’s deeply rooted in the minds of the people and has become a part of their everyday social and political life.
