Detecting Corruption in Developing Countries: identifying causes/strategies for action



This book has been in the works for over 15 years. From a chance opportunity to conduct a rapid corruption assessment in Ukraine in 1996, the writer have been involved continually in uncovering the roots of corruption in countries around the world, developing analytical methods to process data and observations systematically, designing strategies to reduce or eliminate corruption vulnerabilities, and helping governments and civil society organizations implement major anti corruption programs.
