Reformasi in Indonesia showed that the key to court reform was cort administration and management. Court administration makes courts work as institutions. It's covers a broad array that includes court budgeting & funding (incl. salaries), infrastructure, personnel management and capacity building, It also deals with the management process, of how an idea gets translated into reality. The Indonesian judicary has undertaken a remarkable effort directed to improve these areas specifically. However, the writer thinks that there is little doubt that it holds the key to the court reform process. This article is about the making of the Blueprints of the Indonesian Judiciary Reform.
