This book describes clearly and emphatically that corrupt political leadership in Africa is responsible for the levels of corruption in Africa. It also postulates that neo-colonialism has played a major role in perpetrating corruption in Africa for the benefit of the former colonial masters. I am particularly impressed with the way he has tackled the subject of institutional corruption in Kenya. His exposition as to the methodology used by state corporations, political banks and government departments in massive corruption practices is indisputable. There is no doubt in my mind that the findings are beyond reproach.
