Reformasi in Indonesia showed that the key to court reform was cort administration and management. Court administration makes courts work as institutions. It's covers a broad array that includes court budgeting & funding (incl. salaries), infrastructure, personnel management and capacity building, It also deals with the management process, of how an idea gets translated into reality. The Indonesian judicary has undertaken a remarkable effort directed to improve these areas specifically.
